Born in India and living in Brazil for a few years, Vijay Bavaskar, along with his wife Deepali, runs one of the most traditional restaurants in their country's cuisine in São Paulo. At Barbecue he will support Scottish Chef Neil Rankin baking traditional Naan bread prepared in the tandoori oven.
