Nascida na Grécia, Dora é uma professora de inglês que transformou sua paixão por um estilo de vida sustentável baseado em plantas em seu trabalho. Há mais de dois anos, ela é uma das Chefs do SOIL VEGAN CAFE em Amsterdã. Paralelamente ao seu trabalho na SOIL, ela também cria uma confeitaria à base de maconha que atende a cidade de Amsterdã.
Born in Greece, Dora, is an English teacher who made her passion for a sustainable, plant-based lifestyle into her job. For over two years now, she is one of the Chefs at SOIL VEGAN CAFE in Amsterdam. In parallel to her job at SOIL, she also creates weed-based patisserie serving the city of Amsterdam.
